Viewing aggregation information in the Portal

When a user successfully connects their bank account through data aggregation, you can access their aggregation information directly from the portal, or through the API.

    This article will describe how to access user aggregation information from within the portal. 

    To view user aggregation information, follow the steps below:


    1. Log into the portal 
    2. On the left menu bar, click on "Users"
    3. From the Users page, you can use filters to only show users connected through aggregation. Once you find the desired user, click on the 3 dots on the right, then on "Banking Information"

    Please note: If the Banking Information selection is greyed out, the user is not connected through aggregation and therefore does not have information to display.
