The Zūm Wallet is a virtual account used to move money from your bank account to your user's bank or from their bank account to yours. Every Zūm Rails account comes with one Zūm Wallet.

During your integration, we recommend discussing the option of having a Zūm wallet and its benefits for your business.

Can I have multiple Zūm wallets?

No. Each account comes with one Zūm wallet.

What payment methods go through the Zūm wallet?

All payment methods go through the Zūm wallet except Credit Card. Credit Card payments get deposited directly into the merchant account.

What are the benefits of using the Zūm wallet?

Your business is unique, and your assigned Integration Specialist is best suited to tell you all the benefits specific to your industry. However, a few common benefits are:

• The ability to collect funds from multiple users and only make one disbursement and vice versa

• The ability to prefund the wallet, allowing you to increase your transaction speed
