Transaction Filtering

You can use the transactions section in your portal to filter and view transactions based on available data. Here is how to access and use this tab.

    Filtering transactions


    1. Log in to your portal


    2. Click Transactions in the menu 


    3. You can use any of the below to filter for the desired data


     

    Filtering using the search bar


    1. Click on the "+" sign and select all the filters you want to apply to your search

     

    Once you select the parameter(s) it will appear below the search bar


     

    Use the drop down next to entries to choose how many transactions you want to view per page.



     

    The portal has a 30-day filter applied by default. If you want to adjust this date range you will first need to remove this filter and then apply the date range of your choice.

     

    Filtering using transaction statuses


    You can use the tabs below the search bar to filter for transactions based on their status.



    Filter options and definitions:

     

    Category Definition
    Date The date range you want to apply as your filter
    Transaction type The type of transaction you want to view (Refund, Accounts Payable, Wallet Transfer, etc.)
    Transaction Method EFT, Interac, Visa Direct, or Credit Card
    Transaction status The transactions status you want to view (Completed, Failed, Scheduled, etc.)
    Fraud alert action taken If an action was take on an alert that was triggered by a transaction
    Fraud alert reported If a transaction triggered a fraud alert
    Failed Event An event that did not complete successfully
    User name Name of user
    User ID Alphanumeric sequence corresponding to a unique user
    Invoice ID Alphanumeric sequence corresponding to a unique invoice
    Subscription ID Alphanumeric sequence corresponding to a unique subscription
    Batch number Number of the batch containing the transaction
    Memo A predetermined note that appears next to a transaction
    Client Transaction ID Alphanumeric sequence corresponding to a unique transaction

     

    If you are a partner, you can see all your customers' transactions in a summary format or you can filter down to view one customer's information at a time
