Receiving Email Notifications of Transaction Events and Daily Reports

The Notifications feature allows any email address entered to receive notifications of transaction statuses or previous daily reports.

    Emails regarding transaction failures are sent out every hour, while emails with the previous daily report are sent out every morning. You can add email addresses and specify what kind of notifications you’d like to be sent. 

    Creating a notification


    1. Go to “Settings” on the left menu bar
    2. Click on the “Notifications” tab

       

    3. Click on "Create New Notification" in the top right corner
    4. There will be 3-4 fields to complete
      1. Email address (as many as you’d like)
      2. Type
        1. Transactions Failure
        2. Last day report
      3. Transaction Method
        1. EFT
        2. VisaDirect
        3. CreditCard
        4. Interac
      4. Transaction Event (select all that apply)
    5. Click “Add”

     


    If you want to delete an email from getting notifications, you can delete it by clicking on the three dots, then click on “delete”.


     



     


     


    The notifications feature also allows you to create different lists. For example, you can set email: user1@gmail.com, to receive emails when there is a specific error (transaction event) and set email: user2@gmail.com to receive emails for a different error (transaction event).
