You can manage your subscriptions through your Zūm portal or the API. This is an easy way to see all your subscriptions in one place.
You can view all your subscriptions in one place in your Zūm portal.
Steps
Log in to your portal
Select Subscriptions.
Here you can see all of your subscriptions. You can use the search bar or the tile options to search for a specific subscription.
Once you have located the subscription you want to view, click on the three dots (⋮) and select Details.
Here you view payment method and user details, upcoming invoices, and product details.
Select Subscriptions. Find the subscription you want to edit
Once you have located the subscription you want to edit, click on the three dots (⋮) and select Edit.
Make all the changes needed
Click Update Subscription
Select Subscriptions. Find the subscription you want to cancel.
Once you have located the subscription you want to cancel click on the three dots (⋮) and select cancel.
Fill in all the fields
Click Confirm Cancellation
Enter your portal password
Click confirm
