How Do I Close My Account?

Before closing your account, make sure to save or download any data you would like to keep.

Closing your account


    1. Email support@zumrails.com and inform our team that you would like to close your account. Make sure that the person sending the email has the authority to make this request.

    1. An agent will send you a letter by email confirming your request to close your account and any fees associated with the closure. 

    1. The agent will close your account and confirm that all the necessary steps have been completed.

Accounts that have been closed cannot be reopened for compliance purposes. If you want to open an account, you will need to go through our onboarding cycle again.
