Holiday Schedule

Holidays play a key role in determining when money can be moved. The delay only affects bank-to-bank transfers (EFTs) and settlements.

    The ability to process Interac, VisaDirect, and CC remains unchanged, but any AR funds that are batched and deposited into a merchant account will occur the next business day.

    You are still able to submit EFT transactions within your Zūm environment on a holiday, the transactions will be added to a queue to be sent to the bank at the next file transfer time, which will be in the morning of the next business day.
