# Single Sign-on (SSO)

You can take advantage of our single sign-on (SSO) function to use your Gmail or Outlook accounts to log in with the click of a button.

This removes the need to store a username and password on your end.

Simply ask [support@zumrails.com ](/account-settings/single-sign-on-sso.md)to enable SSO on your account and then all of your employees will be able to log into the Zum Rails portal with their secure email client.

{% hint style="info" %}
SSO is a global variable, meaning it will be switched on for everyone at your company. It cannot be used for just a few people.
{% endhint %}
